How vehicle pickup, transport and ownership transfer works

This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions
regarding the shipment and delivery of vehicles through our platform.
Seller Responsibility: Seller must make the vehicle available for pickup and ensure it matches the listing.
Inspection: Buyer and seller may inspect the vehicle before finalizing the transaction.
Delivery Options: Pickup, third-party transport, or mutually agreed delivery methods.
Third-party transport services are optional and independent of Chakra.
Users must ensure transport services are properly insured.
Transfer of Title: Seller must legally transfer ownership.
Documentation: RC, bill of sale and other mandatory documents must be provided.
Disputes related to vehicle condition or delivery should be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, Chakra’s dispute resolution process will apply.
