    • Listing Cancellation: Listings can be cancelled anytime. Premium listing fees may be non-refundable.
    • Transaction Cancellation: Cancellation terms depend on mutual agreement between buyer and seller.
    • Platform Suspension: Chakra may suspend accounts violating policies or terms.

    • Transaction Refunds: Completed transactions are generally non-refundable.
    • Listing Fees: Premium or enhanced listing fees may not be refundable.
    • Payment Disputes: Chakra may review disputes and issue refunds at its discretion.

    Users initiating unjustified chargebacks may face account suspension or termination. Chargebacks should be raised only after attempting resolution with us.
